Bodybuilding diet: Morning

Introduction

A good morning start can be achieved with proteins and a bit of carbohydrates. It shouldn't be too large - it is a much better diet to eat small portions frequently. Bodybuilders have to create a routine, and follow it, because bodybuilding diet is the most important part of becoming big and keeping those muscles. Working out and healthy life-style is also important, but don't forget: "You are what you eat". Your food is basically your building bricks, it is the only source of your muscles.

Why is breakfast important?

Any diet (especialy bodybuilding one) claims, that eating breakfast is a must. Why is that so, one might ask? The answer is simple: your body hasn't been receiving any food over night, and now it lacks energy to go on. To preserve itself, it will get energy from whatever source it can, and in most cases, the body will just burn muscles, and use the energy to feed itself. This is not what we want - so the conclusion is - have breakfast,and let the food be the source for your energy.

Variety is the diet's key

There are plenty of protein-rich foods, and a good bodybuilding diet consists of a great variety of products. This is simply true, because otherwise we'd get tired of one food type, and it is psychologically tough to maintain the eating habbit of one food only. Having a rich diet menu is the key.

Proteins

Some really protein rich foods are tuna and eggs. Those are major protein sources, and are an essential part of any diet. Keep in mind other jewels, like yoghurt,cottage cheese and milk. Proteins are the the materials to build your muscles from, so have them plenty. A suggested protein dosage for a meal is about 30gr.

Carbohydrates

Don't forget the carbs! One has to combine the carbohydrates with proteins, in order to build a good body. While proteins are the source material, the carbs are the energy to put those building bricks in places. Any well considered bodybuilding diet has balanced amount of carbohydrates in it. We would suggest dark bread, vegetables, oatmeal,cereals and rice.

Fats.

Humans also have to eat fats. But you will have the needed amount of fats later in the day (besides,the food mentioned earlier has enough fat for the breakfast).

Conclusion.
